Problems with PayPal?

The most common problem with PayPal is that it requires 'Cookies' to be enabled in Internet Explorer. These are sometimes disabled in Internet Explorer by other software.

Cookies are small text files which websites store on your computer in order to record information about your visit to the site.

They are not viruses and present no danger to your computer. You can always disable cookie handling after using the PayPal website should you wish.

To enable cookies, follow these steps:

a) In the Internet Explorer window, select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'
b) Click on the 'Privacy' tab and click the 'Advanced' button
c) Ensure the 'Override automatic cookie handling box is ticked
d) Ensure 'First-Party cookies' is set to ' Accept'
e) Ensure the 'Always allow session cookies' box is ticked
f) If you have any anti-virus software installed, ensure it is not set block Cookies.
